CITIZENS GUARDIANS is also registered with the Director of Income Tax (Exemptions), Chennai under section 12AA of Income Tax Act 1961 as a PUBLIC TRUST.

CITIZENS GUARDIANS is approved by the Income Tax authorities declaring the Trust as ‘INSTITUTION or FUND under section 80G (5) (vi) of the Income Tax Act, 1961 to enable the donors to get Income Tax exemption.
